How to transfer email address book to ATT. Yahoo account

If you have forgotten the password or lost the password of your ATT email account. Then you can reset the ATT email password of your account by these steps:
• Open a web browser and visit the login page of ATT email, then click on ‘Forgot the password’.
• Choose any option you want between registered email Id and phone number.
• You will get a verification message on email or phone number.
• Use that verification message for the verification. Then make sure to create a strong password and click on save.
• Try to log in your ATT email using the new password.

One way of moving things around is using a data management program like outlook, below are directions to export from yahoo.
Launch Yahoo email and sign in.
Click on the Contacts tab.
Click the Actions dropdown box.
Choose Export.
Click Export Now next to "Yahoo! CSV" which is the type of program to which you want to export your contacts.
After clicking Export Now, you will see a verification code. Write it in the text box above the security code box and then click Export Now
