If you use a desktop version of QuickBooks, such as QuickBooks Pro or QuickBooks Premier, you can undo an entire reconciliation by clicking "Reconcile Now" from the Banking screen, and then selecting "Undo Last Reconciliation." However, before undoing the reconciliation, you may want to click the "Locate Discrepencies" to generate a list of discrepencies to help in finding the error.
