TurboTax not working on Mac
If the TurboTax software is not working on your Mac device, you can refer to the following steps in order to fix the trouble

? Check if your internet connection is not fluctuating and is stable
? Open the TurboTax software via application folder
? Restart your modem as well as the router in order to refresh your net connection
? Clear your trash folder and delete all the temporary and irrelevant files from your computer

Make sure you have administrator rights and the account you're using is the admin account.
From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences Security and Privacy General.
Select the Lock in the bottom left corner to make changes.
Then select App store and identified developers under Allow applications downloaded from (if you're unable to choose it, select the lock icon and enter your admin password).
After opening TurboTax, you can put your computer's security settings back to the way they were.
