You can go through the following solutions to get rid of QB error 3371:
Solution 1: Eliminate ecml File
In the beginning, press Windows +R together.
Enter C:\Program data\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8 Path in the Window.
When the Window Explorer will open, Delete ecml file.
Close your Windows.
Now, you can run QuickBooks.
Solution 2: Restore Windows Operating System
Select the “start” button.
Click on “All Programs” and choose “Windows Update”.
Verify for updates.
In the end, reinstall QuickBooks Desktop again.
Solution 3: Download the Latest Windows Update
