There is no way to retrieve an account that was deleted permanently. There is a deactivation stage which is roughly for 2 weeks that allows you to retrieve your account in case you change your mind. Post this time frame, your account is permanently deleted.
You need to keep in mind that you will not be able to retrieve anything once the account is deleted so you may want to download a copy of your info from Facebook. Then, if you'd like your account permanently deleted with no option for recovery, log into your account and let us know.
