The problem generally occurs due to the incorrect email server setting and due to this, you won't be able to send your email.To resolve the same, go to the Setting from your iPhone, tap on “Mail”, select the “Account” and then tap on “Email Server Setting”, from the same, tap on “POP” , and in the field of Incoming Mail Server, enter “mail.twc.com”, enter your Full email address and Password and port number as 110. For the Outgoing Mail Server, enter “mail.twc.com”, keep the Port number as587.If you are unable to perform the same, please dial on Roadrunner Support Number.
For IMAP, enter “mail.twc.com” in the field of Incoming Mail Server, enter your full email address and password, keep the port number as 143. For the Outgoing Mail Server, enter “ mail.twc.com”,and in the field of port number, enter 587. In both the email server setting, keep SSL in ON Mode.After following these steps, enter your full email address and password and then tap on Save.
The above mentioned Roadrunner Configuration will definitely help you and hence you can access the same from your iPhone.Sometimes,the problem is unidentified,so the better option is to Reset your iPhone and configure the Roadrunner again in your device.
You may also be heard that this problem occurs due to the iCloud, but exactly it is not true. If you can't send or receive email or while configuring the Roadrunner email account,getting an error “Login Failed.Please check your IMAP Server Setting and Try Again”,then the problem is due to the incorrect email server setting and the said solution will be fruitful for you.
