Restore a user's account
Sign in to your Google Admin console.Sign in using an administrator account, not your current account
From the Admin console Home page, go to Users.
Above the Users list, click Add a filter and choose User status.
Check the Suspended box and click Apply.
In the Users list, click the suspended user’s name to go to their account page.
At the top right, click Reactivate.
Click Reactivate to confirm.
