Go into modes and make sure that the motion is detected box is checked. Also make sure that the notification boxes at the bottom of the page are checked. Don't forget to save. Use the motion detection test under settings to see if the camera led flashes with movement. If this does not work then remove the battery for a few seconds and then replace to reset the camera. You could also remove and resync that camera and see if that works.
