To resolve this problem, restart the computer and then run a full system scan.
STEP 1 Restart the computer Exit all programs.
Restart the computer.
STEP 2 Run Full System Scan Start Norton.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
In the main window, double-click Security, and then click Scans.
In the Scans window, select Full System Scan and click Go.
When the scan is finished, click Finish.
